Resource Dynamics International (RDI) is a performance optimization business process consultancy that utilizes state-of-the-art Lean Enterprise strategies. Founded in 1988, our prime directive has always been to assist companies in a diverse array of industries enhance their productivity, flexibility, quality, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness and overall bottom-line profitability.
RDI focuses on applying Lean improvement tools that generate meaningful results while transferring process knowledge to client personnel and developing a Lean Continuous Improvement infrastructure to ensure sustainability. |

As a world-class business process improvement consultant we deal in reality and implementing practical solutions. We don't disregard a company's unique culture or require unlimited resources, nor are we obsessed with reinventing a grand plan when a single issue requires focused support. Our approach is to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through Process Analysis, Value Stream Mapping and Benchmarking. We then custom-design an integrated business process improvement plan using selected Lean Enterprise tools and provide hands-on implementation support while transferring process knowledge.
