| These individuals assist our clients in developing and implementing customized solutions for a wide variety of manufacturing issues (see our services page which describes our capabilities). Our consultants travel to, and work at, the client's facility where the issues exist. Consequently, Monday through Friday travel away from home is the norm. |

| Applicants should possess the following general skills or knowledge: |

- 15-20 years of increasing management responsibility in industry
- Good technical skills in one or more of the following functions:
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Quality Assurance
- Materials Management
- Supplier Management
- Logistics and Distribution
- Organizational Development
- Information Technology
- Management Development
- Good verbal and written communications
- Good personal computer skills, using a variety of software
- Be a continuous self-learner
- Can develop and effectively conduct formal presentations
- Experienced with team processes to solve problems

| Business Development Executive |
| |
| These individuals introduce our company and promote our capabilities to executives of Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies. They use a consultative approach to assist executives in identifying operational improvements which impact their bottom line profit, as well as suggesting options for how we might assist them in achieving those results faster than they might do themselves. Frequent weekday travel is required. An applicant should possess the following skills and experience: |

- Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience
- Experience selling business solutions to executives at the CEO, COO, CFO levels
- P&L responsibility at the General Manager level or above in a sizable company
- Experience writing engagement proposals
- Good personal computer skills

| Business Development Support Associate |
| |
| These individuals contact executives to introduce Resource Dynamics and determine whether they are experiencing operational issues that our company could help resolve. They set appointments for our Business Development Executives to meet with and begin serious discussions with client executives. The skills and experience required in this position are as follows: |

- Minimum of 2 years experience interacting with senior level business executives
- Broad understanding of operational business issues
- Strong communication skills
- Strong personal computer skills
